I've I'm not mistaken rightnow there is no possibility to get the changed properties in in FormGroups valueChanges event. I sure could subscribe to all its controls and redirect it a a general eventhandler containing the controls name - but wouldn't it be quite easy for the group itself to know / emit the changed value property / properties?
