Thanks! As you can see from the linked issue, doing a release will help making installing and running jupyter a little easier on Windows for Python 3.14. |

Hey @andfoy, hope you're doing well. I think I've done all the heavy lifting here so hopefully this will be easy for you.
As you can see from the commit history, this took some messing around to land on the correct configuration that lets me install prerelease Python versions via the miniconda action. Let me know if you have any problems with any of the CI config changes I had to make.
