Use "--no-transfer-progress" to silence maven download messages. Also update Eclipse launch configs to most recent version (otherwise they change on every opening of launch config dialog).

Use "--no-transfer-progress" to silence maven download messages. This is only available in more recent maven versions.
Also update Eclipse launch configs to most recent version by simply opening them in the launch config dialog (otherwise they change on every opening of launch config dialog). There are no functional changes in the launch files.
