We should either allow Url values for data-videoid on amp-youtube and or expose and document a src attribute as well.

Originally a feature request in #361

We have also seen misconfigurations like
<amp-youtube data-videoid="https://youtu.be/UDGKqWyzuRs"
in the wild.

Also currently src passes validation for amp-youtube but does not do anything.
