With amp-consent, AMP elements can be configured to be blocked at build time to wait for user interaction with the consent dialog.

As of now only consent state and shared data are available in window.context for amp-ad extensions

We need amp-ad extensions to be able to access consentString and consentRequired values as well documented here in context API
