Acceptance criteria

• This is currently step 1 in the Wizard flow, and would ask the user if they're technical.

• If they answer yes they're taken to the choose mode screen

• If they answer no they are jumped to the reader mode screen

• If user says preferred, don’t choose a mode. If user says custom it assumes user must choose mode.

Implementation brief

• Radio inputs for each option
• Persist selection in plugin options (the selection will likely not be used anywhere else, but will be used when users revisit the setup wizard)
• Nontechnical is the default

QA testing instructions

• Navigate to the setup wizard
• Click through the screens to the "Are you technical?" screen
• Select an option.
• Click to the last screen of the wizard to trigger saving the option.
• Refresh the page and confirm that your selection persists.
