Snapping:

• Snapping of blocks to align with other existing blocks or Page (e.g. centering)
• Displays snap lines when a block is moved

Acceptance criteria

• Choose a library (e.g. https://daybrush.com/moveable/) that would already handle the resizing + rotation + moving + snapping and implement that with the blocks instead.
• Snapping is integrated into the new design
