- Replace installation from test.pypi.org with direct GitHub repository links for cx_Freeze and python-msilib.
- Modify README to clarify project description and update Python version requirement.
- Adjust build.py configuration to include all packages in the zip and disable compression.
- Remove unused dependencies from pyproject.toml.

- Updated CI configurations for both Windows workflows to include arm64 architecture. - Previously skipped due to build issues, now re-enabled for testing. - Updated project description in build.py for consistency.
