idealy these comments should be fixed but honestly it doesnt matter that much right now (idealy they should though)
im going to leave it up to @kzndotsh if i should merge or not with those two issues

let me fix these issues, then ill be okay with merging. i dont want to merge something if it still has issues. |
Update purge.py to grab user ids from constants.py
