Alex is an engineer at Amodo Design, working on software/firmware as part of a highly collaborative cross-discipline engineering team helping to realise "big if true" ideas. Coming out of a university lab, they are passionate about research, but driven specifically towards exploring, enabling and communicating applications with impact. They continue the thread of AI research from their previous work, exploring how it can accelerate our workflows whilst aligning with our interests. Long term, their aim is to build a career in AI R&D, contributing ideas, teaching, advocating for ethics and best practice, and developing themself as a leader within the ML community.
