- Analysis of the newborn lung: Deep Learning for Segmentation of the Neonatal Lung in MRI and Analysis of Lung Disease.
- Video-based Remote Heart Rate Measurement (PPG): RNN architecture for remote heart rate measurement using video input.
- Automated reading of sweat wearable sensors: Denoising U-Net architecture and latent space regression, for automated reading of wearable colorimetric sensors using cameras.
