[Bug] Auto pick bash comment # sign

The generator will pick the `#` in something if u have like:

```bash

'''bash

........
# I really meant just comment out the bash cli....
........

'''
```

To:

```bash

...
- [I really meant just comment out the bash cli....](#I really meant just comment out the bash cli....)
...

```

Which got me confused ...
