I'm not sure where the problem lies but I just discovered frozenlist 1.6.2 appears to be crashing the Python debugger on import in VS Code which I raised here: microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#723 but mentioning in case it is some issue on this side.

No issue importing it normally or in the PyCharm debugger.
