This PR updates our GitHub Actions workflow to replace the deprecated actions/upload-artifact@v3 step with the supported actions/upload-artifact@v4. As GitHub announced, versions v1–v3 of the artifact actions will be decommissioned (effective November 30, 2024), and continuing to use them will cause our builds to fail.
