Bump version to 26.6.5 and refresh the release docs for the 50 merges since v26.6.4. - CHANGELOG: new [v26.6.5] section (KiwiSDR receive sync, SmartMTR TX meters, PROF profile-switcher applet, agent automation bridge expansion) compiled from the 50 merges; folds in the prior [Unreleased] entries; resets [Unreleased] to empty - CMakeLists.txt / README.md / AGENTS.md: 26.6.4 -> 26.6.5 - ROADMAP: cycle -> post-v26.6.5; v26.6.5 highlights in Recently shipped Docs/version-string only; no code change.
