  • CW sidetone: prefer JACK host API + low-latency hints on Linux
  • TransmitModel: optimistic updates for cwIambic / iambicMode / cwSpeed
  • Local iambic keyer for sub-5 ms paddle sidetone (Local iambic keying: paddle → PC → radio with sub-5ms sidetone #2079)
  • CW sidetone: unify radio + local controls behind the existing toggle
  • CW pan slider: wire mon_pan_cw + drive local sidetone pan
  • Fix CW transmit: invalid paddle form + lowercase hex in netcw + dead TCP fallback

MSVC doesn't define M_PI_2 in <cmath> by default (requires
_USE_MATH_DEFINES before include).  Use a local constexpr instead.
