- CW sidetone: prefer JACK host API + low-latency hints on Linux
- TransmitModel: optimistic updates for cwIambic / iambicMode / cwSpeed
- Local iambic keyer for sub-5 ms paddle sidetone (Local iambic keying: paddle → PC → radio with sub-5ms sidetone #2079)
- CW sidetone: unify radio + local controls behind the existing toggle
- CW pan slider: wire mon_pan_cw + drive local sidetone pan

MSVC doesn't define M_PI_2 in <cmath> by default (requires _USE_MATH_DEFINES before include). Use a local constexpr instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
