What happened?

Issue # 619 addressed making the control of the RIT and XIT controls consistent with SSDR to allow the mouse wheel to be able to change the values. This fix/improvement was applied to the RIT and XIT controls in v0.7.18.6, but the intention was to address all similar controls for UI consistency. For example, the fix/improvement should also be applied to the STEP, Low Cut, and High Cut controls. I did not complete a search to see if there are any additional controls that the fix/improvement should be applied to.
