What happened?

When loading the latest version on an older hardware without advanced GPU, the waterfall FFT line appears "blurred" and the 3D option no longer exists for the panadapters.

What did you expect?

Waterfall FFT lines respect the original width and maintains crispness. Optionally, if the 3D waterfall is supported, make it enabled on hardware without advanced GPUs.

Steps to reproduce

Load ASDR latest on Windows 10 with a older graphics card.
