What happened?

I can reassign the key for ppt hold to the space bar, it worked OK. i decided to move it to the up arrow, and it shows its moved, but doesn't move. the space bar continues to PTT. also I cleared most of the shortcuts, and they return to the screen to set them as if they were not cleared, but yet they are cleared, as pressing them doesn't do anything,. I closed and opened the program, no changes.

What did you expect?

expect to be able to reassign the keys for shortcuts, and when close the window, that if I open the window to reassign, expect to continue to see what I changed, but the image goes back to defaults. cant see my actual key reassignments again. also cant further change the reassignments.

Steps to reproduce

open key assignment
change arrow up to be ptt hold.
close dialogue
activate shortcuts.
open edit keys dialogue.
change while key shortcuts are enabled
close dialogue.
I think this breaks it to have it enabled while changing maybe?
