What happened?

I do not think that FFT floor should change after you just TX.
Sorry, a bit long video, but in the beginning is shows low FFT floor, jump after TX and recover/going down after TX and takes long time

What did you expect?

FFT floor should not change after TX. If it does I would like to understand the reason behind, otherwise it is destruction to jump all the time.
