Title: WSJT-X spots via TCI painting on both slice waterfalls regardless of band
Body:
AetherSDR version: 26.6.3
OS: Windows 11
Description:
When two slices are open on separate panadapters (e.g., 6m and 15m), WSJT-X spots received via TCI are painted on both slice waterfalls instead of being filtered to the slice whose band matches the spot frequency.
Steps to reproduce:
Open two slices on separate panadapters on different bands (tested: 6m and 15m)
Connect WSJT-X via TCI
Decode stations in WSJT-X — spots appear on both waterfalls
Expected behavior:
Spots should only be painted on the waterfall of the slice whose band/frequency range matches the spot frequency.
Actual behavior:
Spots appear on both slice waterfalls regardless of which band the spot is on.
