What happened?

Spot lines cannot be displayed on Windows 11 build of AetherSDR at commit hash 42be037. Checked 26.5.3 and they can be enabled. Likely some of the commits since then have disabled the ability to turn the lines on underneath the spots

What did you expect?

Lines under the spot characters indicating the frequency of that spot

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings SpotHub Display tab Spot Lines: Enabled results in no spot lines
2. Toggle the Spot Lines: button no change after two more presses, still disabled

26.5.3 private build using MSVC 2022 commit 42be037
