Filter shading gone on today's commit 5a2c0e6b73beb2242baed266efbad46c8031f8a1 on Windows #3294

Description

@wa2n-code

Report preparation

  • I used the AI-assisted bug report tool (Help → Support → File an Issue)
  • I have attached a support bundle or log file

What happened?

I built on Windows 11 MSVC 2022 with no errors and noticed that the light blue filter shading is gone. Clicking the Filter Edge button to on or off shows no change other than the high-side blue vertical line representing the filter edge does toggle. It's just the filter coloring is gone. Tried this with release Claude-compiled 26.5.3 and the filter shading was normal so this must have been from a change since that release.

What did you expect?

Filter shading to be shown overlaying spectrum but not at 100% opacity

Steps to reproduce

  1. Git pll latest code
  2. Run compled/linked build 5a2c0e6
  3. Look at spectrum, no filter shading
