Add a ASIO or even better cmASIO option to the Windows version of ASDR. Using ASIO it is possible to have very low RX and TX audio latency. Using standard Windows audio drivers will result in very high latency, often over 200 msec.
As an option to ASIO, it is also possible to allow for a choice of audio driver (MME, WDS, WASAPI, WDM-KS), and include settings for buffer size. However, ASIO is a much better choice.
