Implementation Plan: 3-Vertical and 4-Vertical Pan Layouts

Overview

Add two new layouts to the pan layout chooser: 3v (A / B / C stacked vertically) and 4v (A / B / C / D stacked vertically). These are the simplest multi-pan layouts — just vertical stacking with no nested horizontal splits.

Changes

File: PanLayoutDialog.cpp — Add to kAllLayouts:

Insert 3v after 12h and 4v after 2x2. Widen the dialog slightly to accommodate 8 thumbnails (currently 6 in a 3-column grid → 3 rows becomes 3 rows still, 8 fits in 3×3 with one empty cell).

File: PanadapterStack.cpp — Add to rearrangeLayout():

And the same in applyLayout() — follow the 2v pattern (which just adds applets to the vertical splitter) but with 3 or 4 applets.

Both are trivial because the main splitter is already Qt::Vertical — no nested horizontal splitters needed.
