On a Mac I get sidetone but no transmit. If I carry the USB adapter and key over to the Windows machine behind me, I get both sidetone and power out.

### What did you expect?

Sidetone and CW sent out the radio

### Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a Serial device with dits and dahs mapped to CTS/DSR, connected to a paddle
2. Use the paddle, hear sidetone. On my Mac it doesn't transmit, on Windows it does.
