What happened?

Here is e scenario:
2 RX open, one on 3.573 FT8 and another on 3.777 SSB.
I have 3.573 centered on panadapter.
I see a link to "C> 3.777 in upper right corner. By clicking on 3.373 it is bringing it to the right edge.

Same scenario back. I have 3.777 centered and clicking on "<B 3.573" it bring me to
