What happened?

waterfall goes blank for about 12 seconds after TX. Happens in CW. FT8 seems OK.

What did you expect?

Waterfall to resume immediately after TX.

Steps to reproduce

With radio on, transmit in CW to low SWR antenna or dummy load.
After sending CW the waterfall does not return until about 12 seconds later.
I have had this issue since 0.8.12 (0.8.11 was OK).
