A selected slice can now be moved by the Mouse Scroll Wheel, inserting the new frequency within flag or RX Control panel, with the Flex Control or by clicking within the pan-adapter display.

Consider adding Drag and Drop with the Mouse and with the Left and Right Keyboard Arrows.

Using the Mouse might require holding another Keyboard key such as Ctrl or Alt.

The existing step resolution for the wheel (STEP in RX Controls) is an excellent choice to use with the Drag and Drop and Left/Right Arrows.

All methods should use the same resolution, the RX Control STEP.
