What happened?

TCI Audio routing on MS Windows not correct.

TCI audio is muted on TCI-1 when audio is muted on slice A,

Disabling PC Audio has the same effect.

TCI TX audio unusable.

What did you expect?

Using TCI1 and TCI2Data Apps should be able to work independently on a slice, with slice C being used for general reception.
Disabling PC audio should only mute audio to PC's speaker output.
