What happened?

In CW mode, even with CW Delay set to "0", after stopping sending CW code, the return of actually hearing RX audio over PC Audio takes greater than 3 seconds to occur. Audio is just silent for this period and then finally you can hear it.

What did you expect?

Return to hearing RX audio should be what is set in CW Delay.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to Radio
2. Tune to frequency of CW part of favorite band
3. Key radio with favorite key (key input on radio)
4. Stop keying with key
5. Wait for RX Audio to be heard in headset over PC Audio
6. Surprised look on face when RX audio cannot be heard for over 3 seconds
