This is an initial proposal for the new token standard for fungible tokens.

Motivation:

• Create a standard for token compliance - must have for real world scenarios.
• Be a foundation for tokens and dapps composability - must have for having a working and thriving ecosystem of interoperable tools (wallets, frameworks, oracles, dapps...)
• Provide enough primitives for tokens and dapps interoperability.
• Base for the my interoperability talk during the Aeternity Universe One conference.
