Things might be slightly broken.
Fix typos in scheduler function for webserver.go. Remove old testing logic. Provide more robust logging if no config was specified and we are trying to load a default config.

Things might be slightly broken, but it seems to work for me. Need people to test this before merge and 3.5.0 release.
