This PR updates the dependencies and also updates getContext() for LogBack.

Reason: In 2018, the ContextSelectorBinder was not initialized any more.

mvn install complains with "Some files do not have the expected license header". In 7b9885b (#115), I tried to add the header and modify the RegEx accordingly. I did not succeed, though. Could not find any hint to the used license plugin (is it https://www.mojohaus.org/license-maven-plugin/usage.html?), thus I am a bit lost here.

Using mvn install -DskipTests -Dlicense.skip I could install it.
