Update Podfile to use AEPCore and AEPServices Staging branch using the latest 4.0.0 version
Update Podfile to point to Development branches for Edge Identity and Edge Consent using the latest 4.0.0 version
Update SwiftLint version to 0.52.0 which sets it minimum deployment target to 11
