• Updates functional tests so that they use the new mobile core APIs and removes all powermock dependencies
• Removes expectations on boot event
• Moves FunctionTestHelper to util package and update the reset sequence
• Updates snapshot dependencies and removes jetifier
• Other fixes for ide warnings
