  • Move "Apache Maven with a settings path" section to other Maven sections
  • Add link to "See below for using the settings-path"
  • Make empty lines in example workflow snippets consistent

Thank you for submitting these changes.
We have recently released actions/setup-java@v2 where reworked structure of documentation. If you think that your changes still make sense - could you please recreate PR and pull latest changes?
