This preserves timestamps with nanoseconds precision and makes the cache usable by tools which rely on it (eg https://www.scala-sbt.org/).

current master seems broken, i tried using my pr here https://github.com/OlegYch/sbt-cached-ci/runs/539977536?check_suite_focus=true and it looks like current directory is wrong, eg it executed |
