When merged this pull request will:

  • move a bunch of ace values out of CUP and into the ACE/CUP compat
  • mod the ACE/CUP scope compat into the main CUP compat. I originally made then a sub addon because it was so large, but since I've moved over so many other entries for ace it makes more sense to have it all in one place.
