Detect existence of '$R...' prefixed file while parsing '$I...' index files. This provides hint for trash file restoration, not permanent deletion however. Test output and DTD are adjusted accordingly. 'Gone' field changed by the way from 'YES/NO' to 'TRUE/FALSE' to aid boolean cell detection in Excel. Closes #32
When an index file is moved out of $Recycle.bin, it is impossible to define which recycle bin it belongs to, thus existence of corresponding trash file can't be determined.
