Python implementation of the constrained dynamics described in:

All the dependencies needed to run the algorithms can be installed using setup.py, in a pre-built conda environment.
In particular, this script needs to be executed as:
python setup.pyYou are ready to use our code! Every file you need is included in this repository
Example usage is inside the notebook example.ipynb .
The main code implementing the dynamics is script/dyn.py.
In the example.ipynb file, we show the Unconstrained Vs. Contrained Vs. Clip:
- Unconstrained: is the unconstrained method
- Contrained : is the Edge Capacity contraint of the method in [1]
- Clip: a clipped version
An example of topology of a synthetic network with 50 nodes. Showing flows of all O-D pairs is depicted in
As a last step, here is the distribution of variable $\mu$ before and after the edge capacity is implemented for the above topologies:For any issues or questions, feel free to contact us sending an email to abdullahi.ibrahim@tuebingen.mpg.de.
