Hey @tchapacan, cc'ing you as you may be interested in this follow-up for REST implementation (just FYI as you've worked on this) :) It appeared that I didn't conduct a proper research on the existing SDKs implementations when reviewing REST PRs, so although 0.3 spec doesn't specify JSON serialization format explicitly for HTTP+JSON, the "implicit" standard in other SDKs was ProtoJSON against a2a.proto, not the format used in JSON-RPC. |

Bring back TCK capabilities tests for REST and use 0.3.0.beta3 tag, both work now after #292.
