Our yarn lock experiments seem to have made some merge conflicts; once they're fixed we can merge this and include this PR in the next update! |

Description
Been playing with elixir and phoenix, so I wanted a way to add elixir code snippets in my notes.
This adds elixir language syntax highlighting via codemirror.
Changes
Added Elixir with elixir, ex, exs selectors.
