Hi, I’m Peter _{^{(yes, the one waving from your screen) 👋😄}} — a DevOps-driven engineer with a love for automation, cloud tooling, and making systems behave themselves.

I graduated with First-Class Honours in Computer Science from Swansea University, and since then I’ve been diving head first into CI/CD, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing.

Since then, I've started work where I've been spending my time designing and modernising Jenkins-based delivery systems (recently replacing ~40k Freestyle jobs with robust pipelines utilising shared libraries), automating infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and provisioning HPC clusters in AWS to accelerate heavy simulation workloads.

I build tools to unblock developers and speed up their development. I like to make sure that developers can't complain that things compiling and building are taking too long 😁

Lately, I've also been enjoying mentoring engineers and championing quality DevOps culture through 'DevOps enablement'.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been active here for a while (work’s been… a ride). But I’m aiming to step back into open-source and public tinkering at somepoint.
