Describe the bug
I tried several times "Discover regions from repeaters" in the Settings page. However, I never get a list of regions back from my repeater which is 5m away. I know sometimes it is difficult even with the original app so I tried some more times. However I never got an answer so far.

Question: From which repeater(s) does the app try to get the regions? From all 0-hop? Maybe it would be an option to ask from which repeater the regions should be discovered?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings"
2. Click on 'Discover regions from repeaters"
3. Always time out

Expected behavior
A list of the regions should be displayed and stored also for future use (e.g. selection within a channel or the channel settings.
