Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to change the region / scope for a particular channel just within the channel while I am sending a message. From time to time it is necessary to send a message with another scope than the one which is configured for a channel. So it would be much easier to do so from the channel itself and not via Configuration -> Edit Channel
