Feature Request: Add {DATE} and {TIME} template tokens to Auto Announce

Request: Add {DATE} and {TIME} template variables to the Auto Announce message editor, similar to existing tokens like {NODE_NAME}, {LAST_HOP}, etc.

These would populate with the current date/time at the moment the announcement is sent, allowing messages like:

"Good morning from NodeXYZ — online as of {DATE} {TIME}"

Use case: Users want to include a timestamp in periodic auto-announce messages so recipients can see when the node last broadcast, without needing a separate telemetry source.
