**What steps will reproduce the problem?**
1. Install with base 64 encoding
2. Try to add a custom url with a capital letter first
**What is the expected output? What do you see instead?**
Should have Digg, not igg
**What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?**
1.0, Ubuntu Server
