62 encoding doesn't work #1

Original description
**What steps will reproduce the problem?**
1. Copy the sample config
2. Set the settings to your site, and base 62 encoding
3. Try to make a custom URL with capitalizaion
**What is the expected output? What do you see instead?**
I did /ME, and when it generated it went to /m. I then tried to manually
edit the link and it really didn't work
**What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?**
1.0 on Ubuntu Server 8.04 LTS.
