这个实际上加在了 AddWorker 后，如果内网端通过直连、CDN 分别开了一条 reverse，第二次检测的就不一定是哪条了 以及内网端那边的开新 reverse 连接的策略， |

但是有个好处是如果旧连接断了半天才有新连接进来，该出站会立即被标记为可用，@Fangliding 你怎么看 |

这种类均衡器的设计都没法摆脱这个问题吧 外面只有一个dispatch接口又没法知道下面的连接什么情况 要不就不管我觉得也没啥关系( |
